Bachelor's degree or equivalent

3-5+ years of experience in design (product, digital, service, UX, or UI)

Experience in UX, interaction design, and prototyping

Experience working in a modern product development organization

Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design

Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English

Appreciated qualities

Experience with product management and/or project management

Strong ability to transform client ideas into product enhancements

Comfortable creating prototypes and communicating design solutions

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams

Ability to demonstrate previous work through a portfolio

Passion for creating user-centric designs that make a difference

What you will do at Bliksund
As a Product Designer at Bliksund, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of EmergencyTech. You will be responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly solutions that support emergency workers in their life-saving missions.

Lead product discovery processes
Guide the team in understanding user needs and defining product direction.

Conduct user research
Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

Create user-centric designs
Design intuitive and elegant user experiences that simplify complex processes, considering user research, data, and technical constraints.

Collaborate effectively
Work closely with the product trio, stakeholders, and internal/external teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

Present and iterate
Clearly communicate design concepts, handle stakeholder feedback effectively, and iterate on designs based on insights and feedback.
